Refund Policy

Completed Services
Because mobile auto repair services are rendered in person and the work cannot be “returned,” refunds on completed services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue.
Service Call Fee
A service call fee is charged to cover the cost of dispatching a technician. This fee is non-refundable once a technician has been dispatched, regardless of whether service is completed.
Cancelled Appointments
If you cancel before a technician is dispatched, no charge applies. If a technician is already en route, the service call fee may apply.
Product Returns
Locks, keys, or hardware installed by our technicians are not eligible for return once installed, unless the product is found to be defective. Contact us and we will coordinate a manufacturer warranty claim if applicable.
